Made in England, in a smooth black leather, The Cromford Belt takes its name from the Derbyshire town of Cromford. Located next to the River Derwent, the town is a world heritage site and claims to be the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution.
Arkwright built the world's first water powered cotton mills in Cromford and pioneered the factory system; he was not only a pioneer of industry but of building communities, Cromford was built by him to ensure his employees lived in a healthy and prosperous environment.
Stanley Biggs has Cromford Belt is available in four sizes and is finished with an antique brass D-shaped buckle. The leather measure 40mm wide.
